More New Signage Around The Estate (25/07/23)
- New signage erected in and around the Estate. This is what $65,000+ pays for.
- It is a pity it wasn't spent on upgrading Wymond Road so Old Albany Lane and Wymond Road could be opened to provide a permanent second exit.
- The latch has now been replaced by a magnet so that a car may push it open. Why a magnet? So if the gate is used outside an "emergency" situation the Council can prove "intent" to open it, rather than it was already open or just swung open!
- Why is the junction of the Golf Resort escape route (unpaved) to the East with Armenti Road paved at the crossing and has no latch, and yet the gate at Old Albany Lane and Wymond Road is unmade, steep and has a latch?
- WHY IS THERE A GATE AT ALL?

Old Albany Lane is closed?
